The included wooden boards measure 1 in. x 7.5 in. x 24 in., and the kit comes with 2 shelves and 4 brackets. Assembly is required, and all necessary screws and anchors are included. The reclaimed wood is sourced from the southwestern United States in collaboration with a forest restoration program. Each Ponderosa pine shelf is unique in both color and grain, so the shelves you receive may vary slightly from those pictured—this is part of the charm of real wood, as no two pieces are exactly alike. Wall anchors should be used only for hollow wall applications and are not necessary if the flanges are attached directly into studs. Each shelf has been weight tested to hold up to 50 lbs. of evenly distributed weight when using wall anchors in drywall.
