  • A: Great question! While you can technically place the mattress on your bed the same day you receive it, we recommend letting it fully expand for 48–72 hours before regular use. Right after unboxing, the mattress will start expanding quickly, but it needs time to reach its full size, firmness, and shape. The packaging compression may also leave a slight temporary odor, which fades as it airs out during this period. If you absolutely need to use it the same day, it won’t cause damage, but you may notice it feels firmer or not fully level yet. For the best comfort and performance, please allow the full 48–72 hours expansion time. Let us know if you have any other questions!
