Q: Can the second mattress be stored on the trundle or do they have to be stacked on the upper bed when not extended?

Q: Do the two mattresses touch when converted to a king bed, or is there a substantial gap in the middle such that a topper is required?

Q: The diagram shows when closed the daybed is 41.5 inches W, then add 39.5 inches when the trundle is open adds up to 81 inches W. In Product Details it's 76.5 Wide
