    Just buy it. I love it.

    I ordered one for my brother for his birthday and now I just ordered myself one because his is so great! If you don’t overfill the litter you will have zero issues. My cats love it. It’s extremely quiet too. I had a litter robot before this and to me this is an upgrade despite being way cheaper.

    Dont buy this brand

    Customer service for this brand is completely nonexistent. Error codes frequently appear with no support available to help diagnose or resolve them. I received this unit today, and it jammed on the very first use while trying to dump. Extremely disappointed in the quality and support. I will not be buying from this brand again.

    The description saying you can use normal clumping mineral litter is very wrong. The bottom of the rotating drum has holes in it about the size of a pencil eraser (like a strainer) and whenever the litter moves in the slightest (cats going in and out, moving the box, using the clean cycle, taking the waste tray out, etc.) litter dumps through the holes. So not only have I gone through 10lbs of litter in 2 days, but when its cleaning, I get a floor full of litter as well. HORRIBLE.

    Awesome, if you want your house to stink

    If I could rate zero stars, I would. The motor died on our first automatic litter box, of another brand. I accidentally ordered this one over a different style from the same brand. Since using this one, my whole house smells like a dirty litter box. It’s awful. It constantly gets stuck during the cleaning process & will stay closed. This leads to my cats peeing outside the box next to it, which had ruined a rug & now a wood floor. A manual litter box is better than this “improvement.” I would opt for any other model over this.

    Amazing product!!

    I just opened the box last night and my cats jumped right in and starting using it before i was even finished with the set up. I absolutly LOVE it!! I have 9 cats with 4 of them going outside during the day for the most part. I still have 5 litter boxes and the smell, no matter what, is always bad. I hope this will cut down on some of that. I am seriously looking at getting another one. AND I can set it to clean one minuite after they exit the machne so my dogs do not eat out of it!!!
