Very impressed with this product, very very sturdy. Was put together in about 30 min. The assembly screws were very beefy and the care and amount of screws to secure the assembly we beyond my expectations. Well done.

I was concerned about purchasing this based on reviews, but couldn't find anything else I liked. It did take about 15 minutes to assemble, but was NOT difficult to do (as I had read in reviews). It is sturdy for both sitting and using as a step stool. You do need to stay centered when getting up and down as a step stool or it will tip, but that is true for anything. I am pleased with the purchase and wish I would have bought it when I first saw it instead of searching for something else due to the reviews.

Great stepstool that is easy to assemble. Took me only 20 minutes to unpack and assemble. Functional and I like the ability to fold up the lower step so it has a smaller footprint and is out of the way. Nice sturdy wood construction and price was very reasonable.

Bought this for a pantry to be able to reach items on the higher shelves. Easy to assemble, easy to move about. The folding step means it stays out of the way.

We were comparing step stools costing much more when we came across this one. Hesitant because of price, but it is excellent. Sturdy fold-out steps, and when steps are flipped it is short enough to store and use in our closet as a seat. Extremely happy with this, and the price was a bargain.

I was surprised how nice the product was. Nice wood and quite study. You don't have to keep it in a closet as it looks great.- Instructions were simple and it was easy to assemble

Packaged very well with all parts wrapped and easy to identify. When you follow the directions, this is super easy to put together.

This cute little ladder was bought for the 9 to 5 Musical! It has been a perfect addition to the set. After the show is over, I look forward to bringing it home and using it in my office!

This is easily assembled and works well. The step slides well in and under the top. It is a rich wood color, nicely stained I’m no longer embarrassed about my ugly paint stained plastic stool. It was well worth the money.

This is an outstanding and very cool step stool. Reminds me of one my mother had in the mid 60's. It is well designed and shipped quality assembling hardware. The instruction were outstanding but make sure the if you hand tighten or use a cordless driver that it has a clutch and set it to low-med power because over-tightening will probably lead to splitting, which is probably what happened to those who complained about their stools collapsing. Very impressed with the fit and finish especially at this price point. In fact I like it so much that I will be purchasing several more for my daughters and sister as Xmas gifts.

I recently celebrated a milestone anniversary at work. They provided me with a booklet from which I could select 1 item. I fell in love with this and a wall clock. Well, I ordered the wall clock because I could picture it in my mind replacing the clock I have. I couldn't forget this stool though so I bought myself one. It only took me about 20 minutes to assemble and I LOVE it. My cats love it too, when I want to use it I usually have to chase one of them off. My old little stepstool has been moved out of my closet to the garage, this stool will NOT go in the closet, it's too pretty.
