I have had the mask for one month. I tried the red light and blue light settings. The blue light is too harsh on my skin and actually made my lips have a reaction; red, swollen, burning, peeling for a week before going back to normal. I would say to use only the red light setting if you have sensitive skin. I read through the manual and they do not have a time duration suggestion for usage. This should be added to the manual.

Makes my skin look amazing!
This mask has been helping my skin look so much better. Between age spots and the occasional blemish it’s hard to keep up when you’re middle aged. I sit and use this in the evenings and it handles it for me!

I actually love this mask set. It fits my face and neck way better than the stiff plastic ones, and the light coverage is legit even all around. Visible results in only a few weeks
I've been using this red light therapy face mask for the last few weeks and I've already noticed visible results. My skin feels much more fresh and I notice there's more elasticity wrinkles seem to be less and there's even a visible reduction in my pores. I use it for about 15 to 20 minutes, Three or four times per week. It feels comfortable when I'm wearing it and I'm able to relax while it's on. I definitely recommend it to someone who wants to add something new to their skin care routine.

Family fave!
The warmth reminds me of sitting in the morning sun gentle, comforting glow that wakes your skin up without being harsh. It’s relaxing and I actually look forward to the quiet time. My skin has been looking brighter and more even overall. My teenage kids have been using it for acne (with supervision), and we’ve seen a difference there too. Their breakouts look calmer and less angry after consistent use. It’s become a family go to in our house. With all the features and the fact everyone can use and benefit from it, it is def a keeper.

I used to be very concerned with how these red light therapy face mask works but I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly I have fell in love with how it has made me look and feel after using this mask. The remote control is probably my second favorite thing about this mask. I love being able to just use the remote to change the settings instead of the controls to be on the mask. It’s very comfortable to wear. The red lights do not bother your eyes while wearing it. I like that it also comes with a neck mask. It has changed the way my skin looks and feels. Definitely worth it.

This mask is super comfortable to wear, and it covers everything necessary. I love that. It’s easily adjustable and fits my face. Well I can move around and it doesn’t rub or feel uncomfortable. This feels a little weird on but I'm not used to wearing full facial covers, so I just close my eyes, relax into it, & practice some deep breathing. I like the remote & I'm memorizing the buttons to use without checking it. I like the extra neck piece to get more coverage.

I use red light therapy for several different purposes. This facial setup is the best one I have tried - it is simple to put on and stays put. It doesn't get too hot either.
