    Now products are the best

    I've been using Now supplements for over 2 decades, the Omega 3-6-9 in particular. I have found Now's products to be of the highest quality and don't purchase from any where else.

    Discontinued ?

    These are great and have been taken them for a while, I love I don't get the fish after taste like all the other Omega 3 6 9. However, I haven't been able to find these anywhere for a while now and I have run out. Are the 1200mg the same as the 1000mg? Have the 1000mg been discontinued?

    This is Good, But....

    My hubby thinks I should be taking the real thing, i.e. Fish Oil, so I'll not be reordering this veggie substitute, but will use it for now and not return it.

    It is not hard to digest. I've been taking it but keep wondering why it has canola oil and if the canola oil and the other oils are non-GMO.

    The good and bad of it

    I picked this product because it contained flax seed oil instead of Fish oil. I no longer have a gallbladder so I need to watch my fats and Fish oil is too hard on me. I have taken flax seed without a problem. Unfortunately when I took this combination, I experienced pain (even with adding Lecithin) and had to discontinue this. My husband on the other hand has no problems taking this and has seen improvement in his skin. Would recommend this if you can metabolize fats. If you have lost your gallbladder you may want to pass on this and stick to adding good fats to your food in smaller amounts.

    Much Cheaper Alternative to the Big Guys

    Seems to work just as well as the Big Guys more expensive stuff. I like it. Only the dog won't eat these; she always ate the amber colored ones with no problem, these are dark green and I have to shove them down her throat.

    Great benefits with no noticeable side effects

    Upon research I decided that I wanted to make Omega 3-6-9's part of my daily regimen. I ordered another brand and started off, only to suffer a violent allergic reaction the next morning. I recalled that I had a moderate (or so I thought) allergy to shellfish, and was sure that the fish-based Omega 3-6-9's I had started taking in large quantity was the cause of my eyes swelling nearly shut for two days. I was determined to enjoy the benefits of Omega 3-6-9, and after searching found this supplement, which is not based on fish oils. It has worked great, and I continue to use it to my satisfaction 18 months later. Good price, good product.

    One of My Favorites

    We hear a lot in the news today about the Benefits of Omega 3's. This combination of 3-6-9 by Now company is one of my favorites and provides great overall health beneifts. Another plus is that the Now brand almost always is extremely economical.
