Large capsules but easy to swallow. Seem to be helping with the bladder issues that motivated the purchase. Swanson is a strong reliable company. My father used to order supplements from them and I don't regret following his lead.

good product

My wife and I started to take this product a couple of months ago. It seems to have helped with intestinal regularity. We started taking it initially mainly for it's nutritious benefits, and since pumpkins are blood type diet beneficial we figured we had nothing to lose..

Great vegan source of essential fats

This is a great product! It's a lot less expensive than most animal-source omega fat supplements. It seems effective with helping with bladder strength as well.

Fits my need

this product works for me. I needed the right oil to enhance a healthy lifestyle and found it in Now pumpkin seed oil. The softgels are fresh and clear. I made sure there are no signs of changes in color, odor, shape in the softgels. I found the uniformity sought. Skin is smooth, bladder function improved, the price is kind to my budget. I am very satisfied.
