No weird small, smaller pills than previous ones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this vitamin in the past but a different product. I liked the smaller pills and that these are a capsule, much easier to take. The other ones I have used had a weird smell to them. There was very little waste in the bottle, which is good. I have not used these long enough to know if they are a effective.

Works so far, easy to swallow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m looking to add more supplements to my routine to see how it impacts my overall health. Mood stabilization, focus, and energy support are all important to me, and I am hoping this will help. This is an easy to swallow pill with no strong aftertaste. I have noticed a difference, especially in my overall mood when taking this.

Easy dosage L-theanine to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this to be an easy to take supplement. The pills are not too big or dense making them hard to swallow. I think it’s a real good size bottle for the price presenting a great value and have been a long time user of L-theanine for the benefits I have seen. The serving is two capsules which is typical to me for most supplements.

I can’t believe how effective this pill is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try l-theanine for the first time after reading about its benefits as found in green tea. I only took half the recommended serving of this product, which is about 250mg and I immediately felt a smooth calming effect. What’s more, something really troubling happened to me at the grocery store later that day and it didn’t bother me the way that it normally would. I’m very impressed.

Great L-Theanine Capsules
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These L-Theanine capsules are great! You get a 90 day supply which is 180 capsules. Each serving is 500 mg. I’ve taken a different type of L-Theanine before and loves the results I saw so I wanted to try these out. They worked so well. I felt like I was able to concentrate better while working, I was more relaxed throughout the day, and I slept better. The capsules were really easy to swallow. I will definitly keep taking these!

No aftertaste, works well for mood support
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a very moody/anxious person normally, but being in that perimenopause stage of life I do feel like my hormones are a little more unpredictable. When I take these in the morning, I noticed it seems to help stabilize hormonal spikes. That is the biggest impact I have seen thus far. These have no taste/after taste and are very easy to swallow.

The high potency delivers noticeable calm and focus without making me drowsy, Which is exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and free of common allergens. Great value for the amount you get and it fits nicely into my daily routine for stress support and mental clarity. The cap is not child proof, so I have to keep it high out of reach.
