I was disapppointed in that 12 years ago I purchased one of your pillows and over time the foam wore so my head was lower and thus no longer provided my shoulders the support they needed to avoid wear, tear, and pain. Thus I opted for this pillow with a high loft thinking it would be the same great foam support of my older version. Alas, it was two separate pillows in one case- one with chopped up foam and one with solid foam but curved on one side (odd). The only way I could stand to use this pillow was to open the seam on the chopped foam pillow and remove a good 1/3. Now I can stand to sleep with it but it is super hard on one side and soft and squishy on the other, resulting in my having to flip it constantly through the night as I wake from its discomfort. AVOID THIS VERSION!!

We purchased the King 4" Serene Hybrid mattress topper a few weeks ago. I love it!!! I like how I sink into it and it is soft and supports well. The quality is exceptional. Love that you can try it out. That convinced me. Just buy it. You do not have anything to lose and so much to gain. I'm very happy with it and my husband l loves the mattress topper as much as I do!!! will say they aren't kidding about letting it air out. We live in Florida so we put it on our patio and it got some sun before putting it on the bed. I think I let it stay out there for 2 nights. If you can do that without taking a chance on getting it wet that's what you need to do. It really stinks. But once we got it on the bed and made up, the smell was gone. We purchased 2 pillows too- active cooling + pillow, but my husband may need to exchange for thinner loft. He doesn't agree with "the bigger the person the higher the loft," stated on the website, but rather go by how you sleep. He sleeps on his side so he wants low loft. Maybe he is right as I am smaller and I'm fine with the medium. But we may buy an additional one too because I'm so impressed with the items!

I had an old pillow for far too long and changing medications gave me night sweats. The surface of this pillow is so cool, it is soft but resilient. I feel like my head is actually supported when I sleep on my side. I am able to sleep on my belly and don't feel like I'm crushing my chest against the bed. So happy I got this one! Debated between low and medium loft as I'm a side/stomach sleeper mostly. Feels good to me - the medium might have felt too high.

The pillow really does stay cool all night long. I use it with the mattress topper and it really helps to align my body while I rest. One of the best decisions I’ve made this year!

It does what it says. It just was to big for me.

This pillow is super comfortable and keeps my head and face cool. I was tired of constantly rotating my pillow at night because it would get so warm...not any more!!
