dislike the screw holes are not big enough for the screws. other then that it was easy to put together with 8 screws.

Not what I expected in a TV stand
I knew it wasn't going to go well when I stood the box up after UPS delivered it and screws fell out of the box! Of course I was short 2 screws that assemble the stand. The screws that come inserted in the knobs were too short to fit through the door it opens. Unbelievable! After semi-final assembly, I realized the TV stand looked as if it belonged in a children's play set. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Getting my money back on this one!

Do not buy
This does not constitute one star. I was very disappointed with this product. It came scratched up on all sides of the product, even though it was packaged in the protective wrappings and did not seem sturdy once I put it together. I returned it the next day.

The Worst Ever Don't Waste Your Money
Horrible to assemble took 2 handy people 2 hours and it was near impossible to get the screws in even when using an electric screw driver. The quality was very poor and I put it directly into my garage. It is useless. Don't bother wasting your money.

Not very sturdy for a 40" Flat screen
This stand is very wobbly with my 40" LCD TV and my TV is not that heavy. I even tightened all the screws and used some wood glue. If you're not moving this stand around then I think you should be ok but if you have to move it to clean behind it's going to collapse. I do like the low profile and the color. I think it would be better suited for a 32" TV or smaller. You get what you pay for ,

Not That Bad to Assemble
I was a little nervous about assembling this after reading some of the other reviews, but it was actually a piece of cake. There's only 8 screws to screw in, and I did it by myself this afternoon. I didn't even use a power drill! The trick is that you have to screw on the final piece as you would a hub cap on a car -- that is, rotate around all the screws going little by litte each time, and keep rotating until they're all tight. That helped to line up the pre-drilled holes easily, so assembly was a snap. As far as the quality, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for. The top is very solid, but there are some cheaper pieces in it. The drawer also isn't as sturdy as I was hoping -- I'm pretty sure after a few years' use it's going to break. But oh well, it was really a good deal and - most importantly - it LOOKS snazzy!

Looks expensive, but cheaply made
This TV stand looks very elegant, however, it is poorly designed/made. The wood pieces were not evenly cut, so they did not match up correctly. Had to end up using wood glue. Also, the screws for the knobs were too short. Also had to use wood glue on the knobs.

Good little TV stand
We purchased this TV stand because it was the exact dimensions that we needed. It was simple enough to put together. Its quality is OK at best and the parts didn't seem to fit together as good as I expected. The screw holes felt misaligned when putting it together. Luckily, it was really quick to put together. It looks quite nice.

okay
The assembly was easy. It should have been less expensive I also expected the stand to be a little bigger but it will do since I am on a budget.

DO NOT BUY - TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY
I GAVE THIS ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE THERE WASN'T AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS. I SOMETIMES IGNOR A NEGATIVE REVIEW FROM PREVIOUS BUYERS, BUT IN THIS CASE I SHOULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS STAND LIKE THE PLAGUE. WHILE A PERFECT SIZE AND STYLE FOR MY DAUGHTER'S STUDIO APARTMENT, IT IS DESIGNED TO FALL APART WITH SCREWS TOO SHORT TO ATTACH THE TOP SECURELY AND LONGER ONES WOULD GO THROUGH THE TOP. A FRONT PIECE WAS BROKEN IN ONE PLACE AND COURSELY MELDED TOGETHER IN ANOTHER. A LEG WAS CRACKED AND THE TOP (PRESSED WOOD) HAD A DEEP GOUGE. NONE OF THE DAMAGE APPEARED TO BE FROM SHIPPING - JUST A LOUSY SUPPLIER THAT HAD NOT A CLUE ABOUT QUALITY CONTROL. TARGET SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS SUPPLIER AND THIS PRODUCT FROM THEIR OFFERINGS. I GUARANTEE YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU BUY THIS STAND.

Very nice item
This tv stand went together easily, the price was very reasonable and it looks very nice. The only problem I had was that the shelf was not deep enough to hold my digital cable box. The box sticks out about two inches. I will need to cut additional holes in the back to allow room for the cables.

Would be great except dimensions are misleading
The dimensions said this cabinet was 15 inches deep -- but that is ONLY the top. The shelf, however, is barely 13 inches deep (the top overhangs the rest of the unit by one inch on every side).I was counting on the 15 inch depth to handle the new cable box/DVR. That box is 13 inches deep, and with cords bunching in the back, the box doesn't fit and sticks out two inches in the front. Otherwise the unit assembled very easily and looks great.

Fell apart after we assembled it.
We put together our TV stand today. Would have looked fine except that the pre-assembled part of the stand wasn't put together correctly. The screws were too short, and when we picked up the stand, the screws pulled out of the wood and the top came off on one side. Very disappointing.

Kinda small....but will do
I just received this tv stand today and i must say it assembled fairly easy....it only took me about an hour. I expected it to be a lil bigger but i guess thats my own fault for not paying attention to the measurements..But otherwise its a fine deal for the price.
