Defective packaging
I am a big fan of this shampoo. However the past two times the tube has separated at the seam and I lost half of the container of product. I haven’t bought one since. It’s too expensive to lose so much.

my hair smells AMAZING, i noticed a really big difference in shine as well. my hair is super soft and healthy looking. i’ve struggled with dead ends and non-shiny, dry AND greasy hair before and this shampoo AND conditioner did literal wonders. i recommend it to everyone i know!

The Product formula has changed for the worse.
This used to be a good shampoo but the formula has changed. This "moisturizing" shampoo is actually drying my hair out. The consistency is very thin and the first time I used it, the shampoo just ran out of the tube I have used different types of Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner but I am switching to a new brand.

Disappointing new vegan formula - go back to cheap
Nee Vegan Formula: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have sensitive skin, used the original formula at least 12 years. My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.

Once great. Now one of the worst shampoos.
For several years this shampoo has been my go-to for reliability. Sometimes I alternate products but have consistently returned to this one. My most recent purchase is a huge disappointment. The shampoo is so thin that when I uncapped it in my usual manner it flowed out without me even squeezing the tube. In addition to this, the shampoo is not as effective as before. My hair is limp after using. Previously, the shampoo made my hair feel luxurious and gave it more body. I wish I'd read some of the reviews here before repurchasing.

Bought this on a whim as new shampoo because the scent sounded nice and curls need moisture. Turns out it reminds me a lot of Pureology which is much more expensive, but smells and feels very similar! I’m so glad I tried something new and found a new option that’s salon quality but less money!

I have been using EverPure Moisture shampoo and conditioner for 10 years and have been happy with the results including the sun protection. With the new formulation, my straight hair does not style well and I have been having an itchy scalp. I am allergic to many fragrance formulations and have had a difficult time finding a shampoo/conditioner in the past. I really do not want to go through another hunt for products again, but it looks like at this point, it is my only solution for this problem unless you all have a different one to offer.

I have used the "old" formulation (solid red tops, not the pinkish new one) for over 10 years. This new formulation fo increase moisture is very disappointing Itleaves my hair somewhat lank and doesn't hold the style the way it used to. seems heavy. I have looked everywhere for the old formulation and can't find it. unfortunately will likely need to change shampoos and conditioner now. Note: this is only the second time in my life that I wrote a product review, which should show something!

Gave me a rash? Perhaps?
Left my hair feeling clean and smelling good! Downside is I got a very bad rash/dermatitis on the back of my scalp down my neck. I only used the shampoo and conditioner for about a week, I’ve never been sensitive to shampoos or conditioner but I am sensitive to other scents and soaps. Nothing changed in my routine except this new shampoo and conditioner. I switched to a different one yesterday, my skin instantly became better and not red. It could’ve just been a me thing though!

Causing Itchy Scalp
I have used L'Oréal Shampoo for years and have never had any problems. I currently use EverPure Moisture Shampoo for Color treated Hair. For the last several months this shampoo has made my scalp itch really badly.
