Q: I do not see a dosage on my label at all? The lable says theres 5g of fiber per gummy. The recommended dv for fiber is about 25g for women & 38g for men. How much should I take?

The container is convent and I love that it has over 7 grams of fiber in a serving. Making it easy to get to my fiber needs for the day. They are easy to chew and don’t have a funky after taste.

These are gummies that contain fiber and three of these have a combined total of 7.5 grams of fiber. They are fruit flavored, however the flavor is somewhat bland. They are chewy and are easy on my stomach. They do not contain gluten, sugar or high fructose syrup which is much better than other chewy supplements. Each container has 90 gummies and provide a way to easily add more fiber into my diet.

It says you can take 3 for 7.5g. I thought the gummies were way too chewy but the flavor was good. It comes in 90 so can last you 45 days. I really enjoy how tasty it is and how it is easier than having to swallow pills. Overalll, very happy with this product and will add this to my daily vitamin routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Fiber Well sugar free gummies for about a week, and they are the most delicious fiber supplement that I’ve taken thus far. The gummies come in an easy to use bottle, are super easy to digest, taste great, and from what I can tell are gentle on the stomach. I also love how it’s easy to up the fiber dose if needed. The packaging also looks nice unlike some of the other fiber supplements that look overwhelming. Overall, I’ve had a great experience thus far using these supplements.

The texture is very thick and rubbery and it takes a long time to break it apart enough to comfortably swallow it. The flavor is also very artificial tasting which you’re having to taste for awhile because you’re chewing for so long lol. There isn’t a noticeable smell though so that’s nice. All in all, these are pretty pricey for the quality and I would not purchase these on my own
