Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo Sauce with Portobello Mushrooms - 15oz

I recently bought this for the first time. I'm impressed. It's my new favorite jarred Alfredo...low in calories and light texture. I highly recommend.

Definitely enjoyed the creamyness of this sauce and the taste was beautiful. Will be purchasing more.

This is my absolutely favorite Alfredo sauce hands down. It has the mushroom flavoring that I love so much and isnt packed with pepper like other Alfredo sauces that I've had before. This is the only kind I will buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really not a fan of this sauce. It sounds like it would be soo tasty. It just tastes artificial to me and is so watery. I think if you thicken it with a bit of grated cheese while it heats up it would be better, but it’s full of cheese and butter already so it seems overkill. Wouldn’t try again, sadly. Will stick with a homemade sauce.

The mushroom flavor wasn’t super strong but you could still taste it. We used it to dip our steaks in and it was super creamy.

I sautéed some garlic and mushrooms in some butter with a bit of fresh herbs from my garden added the sauce, and some fettuccine then topped it off with some steamed broccoli, grilled chicken and some shaved Parmesan and made some garlic bread and served it with a side salad. It was delicious. Everyone loved it and my kids usually complain about everything. I would absolutely use this sauce again

There are little bits of mushrooms throughout the sauce and it adds a nice textural difference. The sauce itself is not too salty and you can add in more spices as needed to your liking. I made a simple spaghetti with the Bertolli Alfredo sauce and added Parmesan cheese and some crushed red pepper. It made a delicious meal! If you’re looking for a do all Alfredo sauce and you enjoy mushrooms, I highly recommend Bertolli’s Mushroom Alfredo

I just wish it was a little cheesier, but overall I enjoyed it. Sometimes I find alfredo sauces too milky, bland, and gloppy, but this wasn’t. The glass jar is always nice too, as you can reuse them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I did receive Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo as a complimentary product, my opinions are honest and my own! While I LOVE pasta and all pasta dishes, my insides aren’t as happy with me when I have tomato based sauces ( wither I like it or not!). So it’s a good thing I LOVE Alfredo! I very much love to cook but let’s face it, soo many times cooking from scratch isn’t what you want to do after a long, tiring day. Thankfully Bertolli makes it easy to TASTE like it’s from scratch when it was as simple as popping the jar! The product using real cream is noticeable in that it’s creamy and rich with flavor, it really makes all the difference in the meal that it doesn’t taste flat and lifeless. I was a little worried because my partner isn’t a fan of mushroom flavor or products using mushrooms but this sauce was still a hit that the mushroom flavor was mild and not overpowering. I wanted to do a little bit more than just use pasta and the sauce and the Alfredo blended so very well with the chicken and vegetables I wanted to pair it with. I simply cooked up my additional food items and added the sauce with it and served immediately over pasta. I would absolutely use this pasta sauce again and look forward to experimenting with other dishes!
