  • A: No these are not individually wrapped. Once you open the outer plastic that contains all the rolls, the rolls do not have another wrapper. All you will see is toilet paper.

    This is a really good value type of toilet paper. This particular type (Septic safe) is not as cushiony and comfortable as different types of toilet paper under the Scott brand name. However, my toilet tends to get clogged, so I tend to buy septic-safe toilet paper. (My father did the shopping when I was growing up and he bought Scott brand toilet paper. My father is really good at finding good value products, so I stayed with the Scott toilet paper brand.

    Shipped without protection

    Just leaving this review bc Target shipped this item without a box. The item arrived with torn plastic and dirty. Surprised no rolls fell out, but they are certainly dirty from shipping. What an odd decision to ship a hygienic product without a box. Target did provide a refund. And I did throw this in the trash. What a waste.

    Very dependable TP when you need it at a great price point. It is very thin so requires some rolling at times but it did the job and is soft. It will not clog your toilet.
