  • A: I just picked some up last week. Inside the plastic wrap they were individually wrapped. I believe this is because of Covid and the mfg making less choices.

  • A: No these are not individually wrapped. Once you open the outer plastic that contains all the rolls, the rolls do not have another wrapper. All you will see is toilet paper.

Q: It says 1000 sheets but you have to fold it over 4 times to get the same "wipe" power as good toilet paper. Why is not thicker?

    pass on this toilet paper

    I ordered this toilet paper in bulk because of all the great reviews, but I’m honestly disappointed. My kids actually referred to it as “school toilet paper” because it’s so thin and scratchy. 😅 I wanted to leave an honest review because I’m not sure what others are experiencing, but this stuff is terrible in my opinion. I definitely wouldn’t purchase it again.

    Both packages were opened and some of the toilet paper was unuseable. I would appreciate it more care was given when packing. The plastic on both was coming off. I had to remove the salvagable rolls and store. Very disappointed with Target and this order.
