I like the chairs but one arrived with a flaw and I have to send pictures to have it replaced. Since the chair is at a business this is difficult.

For a 16 year old, putting it together was easy but when I checked how many washer/tension there was, it said 20 each? I was short on both washer and tension, two each... Then for the sticks on the side, 2 was shorter than the 3. I figured that on both sides was one short on top then the longer stick below it, then the last one in the front. Overall, very stable and the color looks great!

I love these chairs. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and they look more expensive than what they cost! I ordered one set to see if I would like them, now I've already ordered another set.

These chairs are a very good value for the price, but they are darker in color than a typical "antique walnut." I'd say they are more of an espresso. Also, be careful when tightening the screws for the dowels that connect the legs. If you don't center the dowels between the legs and tighten carefully to keep them even then the chair will wobble. Overall I think they add a nice look to my table.

The chairs have a sturdy design. They offer an air of elegance to the kitchen that only wood can which inspires me to get more living accessories for my place. (i.e. plants, flowers) They do not have rubber stoppers at the ends of the legs (they have hard plastic ones) so the chairs can slide some on linoleum. Mine came with a burnt like stain on one of the backs but I accepted that as what it was

We ordered 10 of these chairs for our dining room. I was nervous they'd look cheap but they don't at all. The finish on them is beautiful, better than I expected. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. They look beautiful. Excellent purchase.

These chairs would have been really great if only they had all matched in color. I ordered 3 sets of these chairs in 2 different orders. The first time I ordered them, I also ordered 2 other kinds of chairs and compared them to see which I liked best, then I returned the other two and ordered 2 more sets of these because I wanted a total of six of these chairs. I really liked the color, style, everything about the first set of chairs I ordered and just assumed that if I ordered more of the same chair in the same finish, that they would be the same. Not so. They were much noticeably darker than the first set. The first set was closest to the picture online, the second 2 sets were a much deeper brown. So I took all of them back. The chairs were probably manufactured at different times, so that is why they were different. I still hope to be able to get six of these chairs in one order so they hopefully all match, but right now they are out of stock.

After assembling eight of these chairs, I can't tell you how happy I am with the quality! They are far better built than the pre-assembled windsor chairs I purchased several year ago, and I think they will be more durable long term. I was also very pleased with the appearance--they look like much more expensive chairs than what I paid. The assembly wasn't fun,[..] I think they are well worth the money I spent.

[...] They came in the mail today and I was happy with the color (medium to dark brown). My husband and I put them together in under 1 hour (bought six chairs). We used our own power drill and this speeded up the process! The chairs are very sturdy and have the support rods so hopefully they do not come apart as easily as other chairs I looked at that did not have much support. One chair set came with a bolt that was not the correct size. All other pieces of hardware and chair parts were great.
