Born on a 175-mile bike ride, CLIF BAR energy bars are purposefully crafted with a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to help sustain active bodies before and during long-lasting activity. I've been eating Clif bars for YEARS and this one is a great addition. If you like chocolate chips and peanut butter anything, you'll like this. I was a bit apprehensive because I don't like all the flavors (and am allergic to a few) but these are really good.
