Great nacho substitute!
These are my go to snack as they are light and easy to eat with toppings. I like to arrange them on a plate and top with onion, tomato, peppers, and cheese. Thirty seconds in the microwave and instant nachos without the heaviness of cornchips.

Actually NOT healthy
Do these taste good? Yes. Do they work well for dipping and using for cheese spreads, etc? Sure. The problem? Canola oil. Yup. It’s not “healthy.” It’s cheap & overly consumed by us in all processed foods. These huge food corporations could use olive oil, or avocado oil as their second of only 3 ingredients. But they don’t, because seed oils are inexpensive & consequently, the bane of the American food industry. C’mon…our arteries, hearts, etc. deserve better.

These are to woven wheat crackers as potato crisps are to potato chips. Too weak to hold a topping, too bland and dry to eat as a snack.

THE BEST crackers to use with charcuterie boards! Adds the perfect amount of salt to bring out the flavor in cheeses and a little bit of texture. Trust me, I’m craving cheese daily and prob make myself a charcuterie board at least twice a week and I’ve tried allll the different crackers from the most basic/cheap ones you could get to the fancy/expensive ones- and these will always be my favorite.
