The chair is made for like XL peeps. The neck thing is so high that it hurts my average size neck

Chair is decent but it’s too expensive for a basic chair. The chair is at a perfect height for me, and the cushion of the chair feels fine. (I’m 5’3). The downfall about this chair is that you can’t recline back easily while sitting on it. I had to push my back against the chair and I also had to use a lot of pressure on my feet against the floor to get the chair to recline back. The neck looks all fancy but it doesn’t feel much of a difference. I expected a much better chair from looking at the video but I guess my expectations were just too high. Save your money for a better chair.

Functional and comfortable chair with breathable back at a fair price! Perfect for working from home and does not take up too much room. I like armrest height and the adjustable head support.

This chair is super comfy and is already doing wonders for shoulder pain I was having from sitting at my desk and leaning forward for too long. Assembly was a little tricky as the diagrams weren't super detailed. I can't speak to the longevity of the product because I have only had it a couple weeks, but it doesn't have that annoying fake leather that is prone to flake off.
