Q: What is happening to your new fresh scent travel packs in the red package? They are very stiff and have no moisture. Also leave white specks after use. Not at all like they used to be.

A: Typically these are moist and leave no residue. Recently, the ones I have gotten were great as they've always been. You can return them to the store and get a new one.
