Best Gluten Free Bread
For many years I have eaten Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread. This bread closely mirrors the bread that was my favorite before learning that I have celiac disease. Today I tried a new version, Canyon Bakehouse Sourdough-Style. WOW was that ever delicious. Not quite like traditional Sourdough bread but the taste was as good if not better than the Mountain White. I hope that I can continue to find it on my grocers shelves.

Holes in bread
I like the texture and size of the Honey White sandwich bread. However, the loaves at my local store have large air holes in the middle of the loaves. Not all loaves but 2 out of 5 do. That is not a great percentage due to how expensive the loaves are. I took pictures and captured the lot number of the latest disappointment. As a regular customer I cannot in good faith recommend these loaves because of the defective loaves. We are trying to watch budgets but still have good quality foods. If this continues I will have to seek other products

Great GF Bread!
Love this bread. Makes me feel not deprived. The flavor and texture is great! Though, getting it from Target I reduced a star because it’s still expensive but it’s usually slightly stale and has totally been shrinkflated. Still love it though but it’s TINY.

The only bread we eat
My wife and I are gluten free, each for our own autoimmune related diseases. This bread is a lifesaver - it's delicious, and it's also the only bread my wife can tolerate. Keep up the tasty work!

2 stars for good texture but flavor is lacking. I love Trader Joe’s gluten free bread and this is nowhere near as good. Maybe “white bread” is supposed to be flavorless? I used to eat wheat bread so maybe I’m just used to much more flavor in my breads. I won’t be finishing this loaf.

After being diagnosed recently with Celiac and having tried different brands of bread, I can say that Canyon Bakehouse makes an excellent bread, especially when toasted. So happy that this product is available at local grocery stores.

Laughable
If I could give this zero stars I would. I have bought this bread many times and it is always so dry. The pieces are so small so cutting crust off for the kids it makes it the worlds smallest sandwhich. On top of that this last loaf each piece was missing the bread. I actually laughed at loud when I saw it. Some pieces were actually missing half the bread.

Docking a star because it’s so dang expensive. Why punish gluten-free people in the pocketbook when they already have to eat items that don’t taste as good as what they are used to?? Sheesh. Give them a break for once. Okay. That said, my husband does like this bread. Doesn’t seem to bother his sensitive stomach. It freezes well too, so I usually have a backup loaf on hand. Just wish I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for a load of bread that is half the normal size.

Favorite gluten free sliced bread. I use it for my cold cut sandwhiches and peanut butter and jelly, tuna or chicken salad. For grilled cheese it use b free sourdough gf. Burger buns i use the schar brand.
