Theses gummies are good if you really struggle with going to the bathroom or are backed up. However 2 gummies a day is so much for myself. Theses gave me really bad cramps. I prefer the pre+probiotic gummies. Make sure when taking theses you drink lots of water and have food when taking them.

It's delicious and chewable, and the flavor is perfect, with no strange aftertaste. The price is just right and it's readily available at so many locations. I'm able to pick it up once a month when I pick up my prescriptions. I have come to really trust the Olly brand and enjoy and take several other of their supplements. I have seen great results taking these for 3 months now and plan to continue. I definitely recommend them.
