very good value item and tastes fresh too
i frequently buy this. this is my go-to minced garlic product. i like the small size, because this product rots fast, even in the fridge. the small size prevents waste. i dont like the foil seal. i think its cheaply made, and when i pull it off, sometimes there is some plastic on the edges, i would hate for that to fall into the jar and then i would consume it, they skimped on the quality of the seal. but that is not a deal-breaker. just open the seal carefully. and there you have a 5 star product at a very affordable rate.

Target Needs To Get More Efficient personnel/carriers
I am angry because you want me to review this item that you screwed up on because you took over two weeks past the time that you promised delivery,then weeks later you delivered it to the wrong address,then I requested a refund, then I was hassled by your online customer service not once but a few times,& then to further annoy/aggravate me-you want me to rate the item you screwed up in sending me?! Do you know how stupid crazy you are and sound like?! Obviously I am going to give you a bad review and I urge others to shop locally-not with Target! Local merchants won't take a few weeks to deliver a simple jar of minced garlic?! Excellent Gluten Free product
Excellent! I have celiac and it's great this is gluten free! I use it all the time and its so versatile and it makes my food taste great! I only wish it could be either in store at Woodbury or able to be shipped to Woodbury. It's a little cumbersome driving to St Paul for it but I'm so glad Target carries it!

Product contains rock-like objects. At first I was excited to find a shelf stable 'fresh' garlic option, however that quickly changed when I almost cracked a tooth. I had purchased and used the products in the past but thought the hard pieces were from other ingredients. This last time I poured the contents of the bottle into a strainer and found several other rock-like objects. If you use it, please use caution.

I was disappointed with this garlic. More of a garlic paste than minced. TASTE IS GREAT, but I don't like the consistency. I was hoping for actual small chunks of garlic like the brand I usually buy, which is not available at Target. This one is fine for some recipes, but most of the time I want the nice small chunks of garlic that I am used to.
