Fresh Cucumber Baby Wipes- up&up™ (Select Count)

I received my up&up baby wipes but of the eight pkgs two were missing. I just discovered this Sunday evening when I opened the box what can I do to correct this situation?

I used to love these, but whatever they did to change the "recipe" has made them far too wet and soapy - in the last package I bought, I literally had to wring out each wipe before I used it and it was still too much!

Great scent! soft, durable wipe!

Love the scent and the moisture they have, definitely do a good job of cleaning! Only complaint is how easy the lid comes off if the baby grabs the pack of wipes.

I don't want to go through returns but when I opened one package the whole room smelled like it. Don't recommend for people who are sensitive to smell or babies.

My household usually love these wipes, however this time they were delivered, they were leaking from inside the wipes case. There's no damage from the outside shipping box (hence how I know the witness is coming from the inside) but there's pretty heavy staining, rips, and a bit of disintegration on the case from the wetness (it's still damp 2 days after delivery). Will be returning/exchanging.

I love the product. The price is great, but it needs to be a little bit more moisture to it sometimes they’re a little dry.

I have used the cucumber wipes since my son was born and he’s now 4. They are strong, soft, and smell nice.

I had to switch to these after target discontinued the lavender scented baby wipes (loved). These are pretty strong on scent and really moist and soapy but they are great for the super sticky poops. I use this as a pre-wipe to get the thick/stuck on bits and then wipe away with a sensitive wipe. The wipes are thick and a good size (larger than pampers or huggies wipes and much thicker) I use the ultra moisture to my advantage on my toddler. No crazy irritation and his skin is sensitive. I appreciate these for what they are considering the affordability. Ive repurchased a number of times.

They were soft they smelled wonderful and they were sturdy

They smell nice, don't break us out, fair price, but my only complaint is they are WAY too wet. I have to squeeze them out before wiping otherwise it'll leave you squishy and moist.
