    Absolutely awful . I could not figure out why I have been feeling nauseas a little more than expected. I felt decent for the day then took these and boom the nausea returned in less then 30 minutes . That's how I knew it was from these prenatals. I'm going to see if I can return these . I almost went to the hospital lethargic . I didn't take it anymore and felt completely fine

    Updated formula

    I was taking this prenatal combo for 3+ years, prior to conceiving, during my pregnancy with my daughter, postpartum, trying to conceive again, during my pregnancy with my son and now postpartum again. I didn’t have any issues until now, with the fish oil. First I noticed they changed the packaging with this cheap plastic wrap around the bottle, once I saw that I knew something was up. They completely changed the formula of the fish oil and when opening up the bottle it smells like horrible fish. Not only that but it gives me fish oil burps which are GROSS. Never have I had this problem with them! I looked at the ingredients and they’ve now added tilapia and tuna ???? Tuna? Really? Low quality and cheap ingredients. I’ve now switched to Nordic Naturals Omega 3 which is MUCH better with higher quality fish, higher amounts of DHA/EPA and NO fish oil burps! I’m also switching to their multi vitamin as well. Such a bummer having to switch but if you plan on downgrading your quality of ingredients and hoping your consumers won’t notice, I’m out.

    Poor vitamin

    These vitamins are not worth your money. There are other brands that are better and do not mess with your body. The ratio in these vitamins are not the best. Would not recommend as they caused me issues.

    Used to be better

    These used to be my go to vitamins for pregnancy and breastfeeding. I started taking these around 20 weeks pregnant after switching from a different brand. I developed terrible restless leg syndrome to the point I wasn’t able to relax or sleep. I thought it was due to my pregnancy. I went on a trip and forgot these vitamins. Did not have ANY restless legs at all on my trip. Started taking them when I got back and dealing with the severe issue again. Switched to a different vitamin and no longer a problem. I have no idea what’s in these that causes RLS, but I couldn’t take them. Beyond that I noticed much more morning sickness with these.

    Overall amazing just bad taste

    Overall it meets all the standards for a good prenatal. The only complaint I have is the smell and aftertaste of the daily multivitamin is just horrendous. Being nauseous in the first trimester it was hard to eat or dink a lot of things I used too and the pills were the worst part of my day. I haven’t found a better pill in my price range so I still take them but I really wish they’d fix the taste.

    Never have the correct amount in the bottles

    Love these multivitamins but I’m on my 6th pack and every single one of them is missing vitamins in one of the bottles. They really need to work on quality control.

    I just felt something coming on earlier this eve and had found an old bottle with 4 pills in it. I looked online as I do once a week and lo and behold it is back!!!!!!!!!!.........Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!!........I as others who have written reviews really rely on Counter Attack to keep our bodies well........It was just awful when it was not available and was so worried you would discontinue it..........Can't wait for it to get here!!!!! For a lot of us it's as important as the air we breathe!!!

    This is the best prenatal that I've tried. The others did not have as many vitamins. Not a huge fan of the smell or taste, but it's not a huge problem for me. my OB recommended it and I do too. Now getting them again for post natal. If you are low iron, this is a one stop shop to get everything you need

    Love this product!

    This is the BEST immunity supplement. 1-4 pills daily to maintain health or fight off a sickness. I took it all the time when my kids were in preschool and i hardly ever got sick. Great for digestive issues, too! Please don't discontinue it!
