Sadly it arrived with 2 punctures. It appears to be great, just disappointing condition. Yes I got it on sale, but it should not be damaged. I’m not looking to return it, but I would like some compensation for the damages.

I'm not one to write reviews but this product was too good not too! This foldable box spring made all the difference in being able to get a queen-sized box spring up the stairs to the 2nd floor of an older house. It was so well engineered the instructions had only 2 steps... unfold it and put the top side up. Not only was it folded in half, it was also compressed to less than half of its fully open thickness. Total game changer... the perfect solution to getting a large box spring up the narrow steps of an old house or apartment building!

Great but poor packaging
The box spring is firm and easy to put up. We’ve had it for 2 weeks and it works great. However, I gave it 4 stars because the box it came in was thin and had holes and the frame was bent (probably from the poor packaging). So far the dented frame hasn’t effected the stability but it could have been easily avoided if it came in a steadier box.
