Tasty and Full of Flavor

They can be great for anything from sauces, to marinades, to soups, and more. Swanson is one of my go-to brands because it's tasty, reliable, and reasonably priced. This organic version is one that I've been trying to use even more. If I can do something to make food a bit healthier for my kids, while using a great brand like Swanson, it's a win for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I like that this chicken broth is free range. For me,this Swanson chicken broth does not need any added salt. It goes very well with soup,of course. It doesn't have to be chicken noodle either. The broth is smooth and definitely good for when you feel sick.

It has a great flavor to it, a lot of chick stock products are extremely salty but I felt this had a great flavor to it. I used this product to make shredded chicken and it came out with a fabulous flavor. I also felt comfortable with my daughter eating organic chicken stock with a low amount of calories.

Great cooking staple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a carton of chicken stock on hand - it is in so many recipes that it's now become staple I can't live without. Love that Swanson's has an organic free-range version! I used to use the chicken stock cubes, but it was a bit of a hassle to boil it in water, etc. With this, I just pour what I need and the rest will keep for quite some time!

Me and everyone who had my soup enjoyed the rich delicious flavor that this stock had added to my soup. I really like the convenience of having a great tasting organic chicken stock without the worry of preparing fit myself and having 0 additives in it. I also was happy that the stock wasn't salty like other kinds of chicken base or stocks do. I would buy it again and try other flavors as well.

The best stock for my soup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love making my own soup from scratch. Canned is fine but you really can't beat taking a day and building, simmering, and cooking a delicious soup. This stock is my first choice when I make chicken noodle soup or want a chicken-based stock in other soups and dishes. It's the perfect size to make enough soup to feed 4 people or have as leftovers for a smaller crowd. I like that it's organic. Swanson has been what my entire family has used over the past generations, and it still reminds me of cooking with my grandparents around the Holidays or when my Mom would make me soup when I was sick. Now, it reminds me of those first nights of Fall and settling in with a hot bowl. This is high-quality and fairly priced. It also works in a pinch if you are needing something ultra-bland to eat while feeling under the weather. I add a pinch of salt, but this has enough taste that adhering to a BRAT diet isn't unbearable. I always have a cabinet stocked. I use it in tons of different recipes.
