Leaves hair dry and frizzy
I had been using Coconut Milk shampoo and conditioner for a long time. This is a sad replacement. Leaves my hair very dry and frizzy. I will have to stop using this. Please bring back the Coconut Milk products!

New Look, New Formula, Sad Hair
Not only is the “Coconut Oil” packaging different, but so is the formula. The “coconut milk” (previous formula and packaging) was the only thing that made my hair feel happy, healthy, and hydrated. With the new formula, my hair is left dry, fragile, and seriously thirsty. I am left absolutely sad and despondent. I’ve been so very loyal to the Coconut Milk line for years after trying expensive boutique hair products, and a variety of Herbal Essence products. The former formula was the only thing that gave me that 1990’s hair joy. Please bring it back.

To prevent this in the future, we recommend using a richer conditioner, a conditioning treatment 2-3 times a week, and/or a leave in conditioner instead of one you rinse out. It may also help to use more conditioner on the ends of your hair which don't get enough of the natural oils in your hair, and/or leaving the conditioner on your hair for up to 5 minutes. My hair is left silky smooth, and in my opinion, my hair did not get as oily as fast between washes. I appreciate that the bottle is made with less plastic. Not only that, they have included raised bumps and lines for those who may be visually impaired. That way, the shampoo and conditioner bottles can be differentiated without needing to see.

I struggle with dry scalp, so I will try anything that could help me with that.for the value it is definitely worth the price. Hands down this is the best one that I have tried thus far. I don’t know if you can tell from the picture but I have used quite a bit already.
