Can withstand rough play!
We love this thing! All the grandkids in the family have gotten their own throughout the last two years cuz they all fight over them! Two of the grandkids are especially destructive and it’s survived their rough playing! I highly suggest for firefighter loving kiddos

Defective
Totally disappointed! Purchased this fire truck as a Christmas gift for my 4 yr old grandson who loves fire trucks, needless to say, it does not work. In fact, I am concerned that it has wiring issues and could be a fire hazard. I put batteries in it, the lights and sounds did not work, but the batteries got extremely hot. I tried two different brands of batteries and got the same results. I wanted to take it to the store to return it but my grandson doesn’t understand why I am trying to take his fire truck that Santa Claus gave to him. So now he has a fire truck with no lights or sounds. I will superglue the battery cover shut so he doesn’t try to put batteries in it.

All of our toys go through a quality assurance process, but it can happen that a unit gets through the inspection. Perhaps you can tell your grandson that Santa asked you to send the truck back to his workshop so that he can make the lights and sound work. Big But Fragile
Bought this for my 3-year-old son on Christmas. Within the same day, there were 3 issues occurring with the firetruck. I kid you not this toy is VERY FRAGILE. 1) One of the doors already comes off and can’t shut properly. 2) The hose is too long that it tangled between the tires. 3) The extended ladder came off easily although it’s fixable. It’s just really frustrating that the firetruck didn’t even last 24 hours. I should have spent a little more for a metal one. - would I recommend this toy to anyone? No

Just opened it one of the mirrors was broken but that’s probably from however many kids trying to play with it in the store or happened during transport home looks amazing not as many sounds as i thought but that’s ok so far it’s great.

This is an awesome fire truck for my 4 year old police/fire loving boy! The water hose took a couple minutes to get working but the long ladder and hose (that squirts real water) with lights and siren make the this toy a 10/10!
