    Turned My hair GREEN

    I bought this product after looking through the reviews of people saying it made their hair so much lighter... It turned my hair a greenish color. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and I don't use many products on it either. I did it for around 4 days every week for around 3 weeks, and by the end my hair was tinted a green color. I am not a swimmer so it couldn't of been from chlorine. Just a warning for all the other blondes or dirty blondes, it might turn your hair green.

    Smells like heaven

    If you like the smell of sweet candy banana - this is your product! It almost doubles as a hair perfume and lightener. I definitely notice a difference within a week of use (like every other day) but i do live in a very sunny place it especially worked well on my highlights

    if i could give this more stars i would. I've been looking for a new hair lighting method and my friend recommended this one to me. i had saw her hair after she used it and she looked so blonde so i was dying to try it.     Gave me the blonde i was looking for

    This enhances your blonde/highlights, not changes your complete hair color. i'm a very dirty blonde/light brown hair and this worked very well and made my hair look natrually blonde. ps: my cousin with dark brown hair used this and it made her hair tennessee orange 😂

    Really works! Make sure to condition your hair!

    I used this for my daughter on our vacation and it worked so well. I will say that it makes your hair a little straw like with the texture but after some extra conditioner time it was just fine!

    Works well but Orange

    I used it over the summer and it works well. It turned my hair a little orange but I used purple shampoo to tone it down.

    I have hair that naturally

    I have hair that naturally sun bleaches out slowly over the summer. However, I live in Denver, CO and the UV exposure from the sun is brutal here. I've starting wearing sun hats to walk my dog so my hair wasn't getting lightened in the summer anymore. I decided to try this because ***it works from heat, not UV***, and I'm really impressed with it! I noticed a subtle lightening like I used to get over the summer after two uses. It's subtle, so I'll keep using it. I think this product is a "your mileage may vary" kind of thing, but if your hair lightens in the sun over time then this will likely be a home-run for you. It'll speed things up if you put it in and go out in the sun, but you can also use it before using a hair dryer if you're trying to avoid the UV exposure. It's pretty fun, I'm happy with it.

    Your hairstylist says NO

    As a hairstylist use any other product except this! If your hair is darker than a level 7, it will turn orange and fixing it will cause a LOT of damage.

    Lovely but some tips

    It’s very good smelling and it works pretty well. I recommend re applying and I have dark brown hair and it’s good for lifting dye. It does dry my hair out a little bit but it detangles

    I used it while I was in holidays and it made my hair orange. I kept on using it thinking it was a trust the process thing. Im never going to use it again due to my hair looking orange unlike my lovely brown hair

    I absolutely LOVE this product. I know that it makes a lot of people’s hair orange but it genuinely makes me SO blonde. I have light brown hair that’s not naturally blonde. I do get natural highlights from the sun but this product just enhances it so much. I even started to put it on my roots and it turns them blonde so easily. I definitely have over used it before and it can make your hair dry but just follow the recommended amount of use. Overall definitely suggest to anyone who has my color hair naturally but also start out small and build up the amount you put on your hair.

    love this!!

    i've heard horror stories about how this stuff turns your hair orange, so i was skeptical to try it. i ended up buying the sample size to test out and i LOVE IT! i have super dark brown hair thats all one color, so i am thrilled to have some dark blonde/auburn highlights in my hair!! i get so many compliments, and several people (including the hair stylist herself) asked if i got them done professionally. now, i think the issue with some people's hair turning orange is just person to person. i definitely recommend you try a test strand before you put it on your whole head to see if your hair tolerates it. and also, don't drench your hair in it! pick out pieces you want to highlight! I give this 4 stars because of the damage it causes to your hair. my hair used to be perfectly smooth, but it was often frizzy and hard to tame for a few months after the treatment. it did eventually go back to normal. that being said, i think it's worth it!

    Depressing. I have orange hair

    Listen to the bad reviews. I used this ONE DAY at the beach 7 months ago. I had beautiful light brown/dirty blonde hair that got amazing natural blonde highlights in the sun every summer. i thought I would try this product to enhance my natural highlights/make them happen faster. It ruined my hair and made it orange. I sit here typing this 7 months later and you can see the orange as it has grown out. I had my hair toned, dyed (for the first time in my life) all to try and diminish the damage that had been done. The damage is lasting though, and will not be gone until my hair is grown out, maybe 5 years in the future.

    Girls who dyed their hair black

    I tried color oops, I’ve done it all. This is where it’s at. I wanted to go red, I used this to gradually lift the color to an orange that dyed beautifully. My daughter has naturally light brown hair and this gave her great highlights that were not brassy at all. It’s a great product for multiple purposes. Including the one it’s intended for, but I had to share the secret of the lifting power. No damage to my hair at all.

    It works but. . .

    I bought this product expecting chestnut highlights throughout my hair when I used it. This spray did lighten my hair: to an orange shade. I have dark brown hair and was hoping this product would bring me a few shades lighter after using it but instead I got orange hair. It'd probably work better on blondes.
