Faded, MUTED colors, looks DIRTY and used. Got the first rug and rolled it out long enough to go flat and noticed dirty looking spots and several places where there were picks in the rug. It honestly looks like it's used dirty rug that I would be replacing....not a brand new rug. It also is really rough to the touch. They are are both going back.

Bought this rug for my home office, partly due to the looming style that should wear well and not compress. It's beautiful and functional. However, the loops in one area have gotten snagged and pulled out from normal use, i.e. pets walking across. That's a disappointment. Recommend but with caveats.

I absolutely love this rug! I got it in Multi-color. This rug is very well made, nice and thick. I paired it with the Mohawk Home rug pad and it gives it even more cushion. The colors are wonderful and bright. I just love the quality of the rug with the great price! I have already told my friends and family about it and would highly recommend it!

I agree with other reviewers.
The "cream" color is more tan plus a tinge of gray. Overall the color isn't as vibrant as the photo.
There are also areas where the wool is sparse/missing and you can see the backing/glue.
The carpet sheds like crazy and keeps shedding. It looks and feels a bit like those woven outside doormats...

This is a great quality rug for a really good price. The colors are just as shown in the picture. It's a nice thickness, not too thin, not too thick. Comfortable to walk on. I have a rug pad underneath it. I was afraid to buy a rug online from other places because the return would be a hassle if it didn't work in my room. Knowing that I could take this back to the store made it an easier decision to buy.
