Disappointed in customer service

I specifically asked whether this item was made in China or elsewhere. I was clearly informed by customer service the item was made in Brazil, so I purchased it. Upon receiving the item today I see it clearly marked in several areas including the box: "Made in China." Not good customer service.

Unfortunate quality

The styrofoam disintegrated and was all over the place. The bolts and washers were haphazardly tossed in the box. The picture loos like its solid oak but its laminated plywood. I could have lived with all that as the wood surfaces were good. BUT, there was a severe crack making it impossible to assemble.

Missing bolt eyelet, be prepared to assemble it yourself.

A vital part was missing.....the metal eye that a long bolt goes into to hold the side onto the table top. I'm writing a message asking for a replacement part, but so far, not very happy about this arriving without the proper part. I am also not a huge fan of having to assemble your own table. At this price, it should arrive completely assembled.
