Q: Do the plans need to be registered immediately or can they be registered at any point during the life of the coverage?

A: Hello Curious, Registration is purely optional and has to be completed online Squaretrade website. We need a copy of the purchase receipt at the time of filing a claim on your item. Whenever you have the time, you can easily upload the copy of the receipt online on your account. So that when you want to file a claim, it's already online and there are no delays. regards, Ali

It only provide coverage for mechanical or electrical failures that occur during normal use along with physical damages or broken parts. Q: I have 1 wearable electronic to protect, I purchased the protection for that one, and I bought 2 tablets online from target.com yesterday, do I need to purchase 2 separate protection plans for those, or one, which covers the cost of both?
