A: It is neither dark brown or cherry brown, but just brown. the difference in color comes from the lighting and how it is reflected from the chair. Being leather it will reflect a significant amount of lighting.

Production has changed
We absolutely love these stools as we have a set with a production date 2018. We are now trying to get another set to match. The company who makes these has apparently changed a few things yet still selling as the same product. The newer ones quality isn’t as nice. The back of the seat sits nearly 2 inches higher leaving a gap between the seat and the legs. The black hardware has also been replaced with silver making it look awful. 4 retailers later and we still don’t have a matching set. So for those trying to match an older production set don’t bother ordering these because they will not match.

Arrived damaged.
The chairs were shipped really fast, we received them within the week. They came damaged and we had to do some DIYing to get the base to screw into the chair topper. Once that was fixed the chairs are fine. They look how advertised, I just wish that they were handled a little better especially considering the price.

Too tall!
Can’t say much about quality. Disappointed as this took a whole week to be delivered. My counter is 35” and these chairs are 30”. I guess I misjudged the clearance. I wish it would have worked for us as it is a great price.

Do not buy
The chairs came and were already scratched up and there’s a tear in the seat. For a cheap barstool, they look cheap and don’t seem like good quality. I will not be recommending these and will likely return.

I liked the way these chairs looked and they quality seems ok for the price. However, the listing says they’re 30” tall and they’re not. I bought them for a bar and they’re actually 28”. Believe it or not, that 2” difference made a big distance. Back to the store they go.

Comfortable, but damaged
I ordered 4 chairs total. 1 in each box came damaged. The black coating on the metal was scratched off of the foot rest and side leg. Since I need them for the holidays, I am not dealing with reporting the issue, returning them, and waiting on new ones that could also arrive damaged. The scratches were under the protective wrapping so I know they were shipped that way and not damaged along the way. They should be ashamed shipping them in this condition. Other than that, the chairs are wonderful. They are really sturdy and comfortable.
