Just what I was looking for
This is just what I was looking for! This headboard really dresses up our guest room. It is more of a taupe, though, than beige or gray. The color is rich looking and neutral, which I love. The construction is solid and well made with the only problem being that it was a little tricky attaching to our metal bed frame but it worked out. I think we had to cut 1 or 2 inches off the bottom of the posts because our mattress set is not high profile and there would have been a gap between the top of the mattress and the headboard. And it came the next day after I ordered it and was free shipping.

Nice headboard, holes don't line up though
Holes did not match up with the holes on my bed frame, though I measured and mine are the hight specified in the product description. Disappointed about that. I'll need to either live with it propped against the wall or drill new holes. I do like the headboard otherwise, it's chic and nicely made.

Not A Happy Sleeper
Purchased this headboard on Feb 21st of 2018 & didn't unpack it until the week of March 4th to put on my bed (box had been previously opened before delivery ) & I decided to lower it because it was just a little too high , looked in between the folds of the upholstery & there were bedbugs . Please , anyone who makes a purchase of this or any other upholstered headboard check it out thoroughly before hand to make sure you don't also have tiny unwelcome guests , i.e. bedbugs . Will never again make a purchase from Target .

Great price and nice looking. It is a pretty grey and I love the studs, they were not shiny. I have no problems with quality. It is easy to attach, but keep in mind it is only attaching to the base of the bed frame. I didnt think about the headboard flopping back and forth as my teenager climbed in and out of bed. It wobbles a bit more then I like, thinking of attaching to wall instead of bed frame.

This item was described as dark gray. It is actually like a dark washed denim. It matched the jeans I was wearing when I opened the box. Also, there was was still a chalk line around where the studs have been placed. This could probably be brushed off but I didn't do because it was not the color headboard I had wanted.

Nice item for the price. Only gave it 3 stars because we have not yet tried to attach it to our existing frame. Don't believe the color description of Grey/Beige. There is no beige in it . It is light grey, but besides that it is very neutral and will work with many color schemes. It is always good to order from a company that has a local presence in case you need to return the item. That was one deciding factor in purchasing from Target.
