A: I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your Shark Bite game, and I'm here to help. Let's try resetting the shark with these steps:
Insert all sea creatures into the shark's mouth, then remove them one by one, setting them aside.
If the shark jumps while removing the creatures, continue taking them out without locking the shark in place.
After all sea creatures have been removed, push the shark's mouth into place and repeat the process.

For it being almost $22 I wasn’t impressed that the dice has stickers you have to put on. Also of about the 10 rounds we played only once did we make it past pulling 4 out before the shark closed its mouth.
