Nice bed

I purchased this daybed for my office/guest room and overall I'm very happy. It's surprisingly good quality for the price. I mainly noticed imperfections in the slats, which had splinters but they were secure. One of the predrilled holes was slightly out of place so we couldn't add one of the screws in the back panel but I'm not worried about it because this bed won't be used that frequently anyway. I'm not sure if I would recommend for a kids room where they might play on it, however. The directions aren't difficult to follow but you definitely need at least two people to hold the pieces together. I would highly recommend using a drill to secure the slats because I would imagine your arm would get very tired without one. Also, there's a space between the mattress and the back panel (see pic), which is not evident in the product photos. A taller mattress and/or comforter would fix that but just something to note. Honestly, for the price I really don't feel like I can complain too much!
