Fun toy but be aware of quality issues
First, this is a fun toy and my daughter (18mo-2yr) has loved it. BUT I bought this on sale, and wouldn't say it's worth the price at full cost. The scooper broke and the paint on the ice creams starts chipping pretty easily. After only a month or two, the ice cream scoops no longer fit snugly together, making it hard for her to stack multiple scoops together, which kind of defeats the purpose. It should definitely come with more than two cones, too!

Poor quality
Bought this for my kids for Christmas. The strawberry topping came stuck on the mint ice cream with no way to remove it. Unfortunately that is one less ice cream they can play with.
