I’m not pleased with Headboard. My mattress doesn’t fit. I am returning it and have to come in to the store to find one that fits. I want platform type to sit mattress on. I need for store to come and get this bed frame from my home. And refund me so I can get one that fits. Thanks!

Has a chip on the headboard that needs to be fixed

Before buying this bedroom set, while at the showroom, I noticed that the floor model headboard was very loose. When I inquired about it to my sales lady Amy said it was loose because the set moves all around the showroom. I was told my headboard would not be loose. Well, guess what, it’s just as loose. I reported this and a tech was sent to my house and stated there was nothing he could do about it. A second tech was sent and he stated the same thing. I feel like I was lied to just to make a sale. I would not recommend this bedroom set or company to do business with.

Love this headboard so much. Well made, looks great and fits our beachy style. Liked it so much, we ordered the matching dresser.

The quality is not great. 6 screws for the slats were missing and one didn’t even have the correct grooves in the top and was not usable. It looks good but it feels kinda cheap.

Pretty decent bed. Headboard isnt super sturdy but doesn’t really matter to me, others pointed that out also.

Beautiful bed. Had to wait an extra day to get the mattress this upset me because our old bed was already out. My husband and I have some health problems so sleeping on the floor was out.

I'm a little upset. They have to change a night table for me and no one calls me and they notify me of nothing. Actually, I don't like it either because I have to wait so long for another order that I have had pending for several months.

The design is aesthetically pleasing but not so sturdy. The wood on the sides is thin and not durable.

This is so cheap like paper thin covering particular board. Verry cheap.
