Bought these because one of our original ones front leg snapped at the top when I shifted my weight forward. Original 4 yrs old. These went together well and seem to be fine! Time will tell. I feel the one that snapped had an internal weakness.

Enjoyed working with Pan Oviedo. He listened to us, knew his products well and was not overbearing. The chairs are well made, comfortable and not too heavy. Good experience all around.

Chair bottoms have NO support! The leg on one of the chairs just boke off. No way to fix it! Cheaply made is the problem!

2 of the chairs legs were not even. Have to add cushion pads to even chairs

Love the chairs but one the wood frame was split and splintered so the long process of waiting for a replacement part has set in .Was hoping to have the new part before Easter as I have family coming for dinner but that isn’t happening . So one of us will have to sit in a lawn chair to have dinner with the rest of us. I would have given 5 star rating but getting replacement parts is like pulling a tooth with no novacaine

Legs are wobbly. A plastic pad is needed on the shortest leg to keep the chair stable . But it is a solid design. The light color looks good.

Cracking chair leg within the first month we had them and it took 3 weeks to have someone come to replace it. Cushions are already basically flat and we purchased the set in December. Also, we are CONSTANTLY having to tighten the screws because they keep coming loose. Only buy these chairs if you enjoy never-ending wobbly chairs!

I like the chairs very much, but one thing was lacking in its design.. floor protection. Only after it was assembled did I realize that they was nothing to protect the floor and after taking time to find the type, and the correct size, I ordered them and after putting on the silicon protectors we could use them. These needed a larger size. Because of this I have given 4 stars, or else I would have given 5 stars. It should say something in the description that one would need to buy floor protectors.

Chairs are great. Just wished we had the table and bench. Been waiting on it since Dec 2020 and after purchased was informed it won’t be in until June!! I would never have purchased if I had know. Ridiculous!

It’s exactly as described. Super easy to assemble and they look fabulous!!!!

Love the look but I wish I would have been told about the toilet seat on the chair, feels like it sinks in the middle.

Chairs were easy to assemble, they are sturdy, and are large enough for my 6'3" weigh trainer son; all this and they wonderful. Thank you for asking

Very comfortable and sturdy chairs. They are more white, not really off white. The backs sit a bit farther back than I am used to, but it makes relaxing in the chair so comfortable.

Brand new chairs and they creak noise when you lean forward and creak noise when you lean back. Kind of Annoying. And seating on it for longer time it feels hollow in the middle. On the other hand, the bench chair is solid. Love it.

I really like my chairs but the legs are not even, so they wobble. I put sliders on them but that didn’t help.

These chairs are beautiful and very comfortable! Hardly anyone mentions that they are comfortable to sit in, so I'm saying it! Very easy to put together. Instructions recommend two people to assemble, but I did it myself and it was very simple.

Love my new chairs! Great quality and they match my farm table perfectly and so comfortable!!!
