Q: I don’t see an age specification for this product. Is it safe for children or just for adults?

  • A: All Nuun branded products do not contain any nutrients that cannot be consumed by children, and the refreshing taste and sodium may encourage them to drink more water. However, daily requirements for children differ to what’s recommended for adults. Some of our products contain small amounts of caffeine (up to 40 mg per serving for sport and 80 mg per serving for Energy), and these products when consumed in greater quantities may not be suitable for children. We suggest consulting with your child’s physician prior to use.

    Lifesaver!

    Love these

    I really like these, especially Mango Orange and Cherry Limeade. I need the sodium to help with POTS, and I like the ones with caffeine to give me a small, consistent amount of caffeine each day. The flavor and sweetness are pretty subtle, but I enjoy them, and I don't crave sweeter drinks as much, since my taste is calibrated to Nuun.

    Nuun for the win!

Loved it!! I hike, run and bike. The flavors are great, my go-to is Lemon Lime, and I love how quickly the tablets dissolve. I don't worry about dehydration when I use Nuun. I would highly recommend Nuun to anyone who knows how important hydration is.
