Q: What do the connections to the frame look like? My bed sits 21 inches off the ground. Would there be a gap from the bottom of the headboard and the top of my mattress?

  • A: This bed is designed to be used with a standard mattress and box spring combination. Please note that there is a 18" inch gap between the bottom of the headboard to the metal bed frame where the box spring sits. The distance from the metal bed frame to the top of the upholstered rail is approximately 7.5". Your best bet is to have the combined height of your box spring and mattress around 18 inches (or more if possible).

    Gorgeous!

    Absolutely stunning headboard. Makes my bed feel like a fancy hotel. It is well crafted, plush, and the smell went away after about a week. The only tiny issue is the black metal legs are completely exposed. I wish there was fabric wrapped around them. Still, I don't regret buying this one bit!

    Great find!

    I love my new headboard! We have it on our king size bed. It's exactly what I was looking for---white....fits well in the room, and looks great! I couldn't find it in a furniture store, but found it on target. Shipped to my house in great condition. Made in the USA. AWESOME!
