[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad I did. Perfect replacement for my 4"x4" wood mailbox post. No more having to contend with carpenter bees and other insects destroying the wooden structure. Also doesn't rot when water in yard from all the rain here in SC this year. I just reused my mailbox part. Had to use some cement to make it more sturdier. So if by chance a car or truck backed into the mailbox then it wouldn't destroy it. I totally love this Brighton Aluminum, Mailbox Post.
