These are tasty coconut chips; perfectly crispy and not too sweet. They're full of flavor. But they're poorly packaged, with no enough air to prevent them from getting crushed during shipping. So if you're really looking for tiny crumbs, this is it. If you want to be able to snack on actual pieces, the Dang brand of coconut chips is better.

Too sweet! And just like with the good and gather chocolate chips it seems now Target stops carrying their own unsweetened coconut chips! So annoying!

Sugar...
I went in store to purchase a brand that I regularly purchase but Target stopped selling it. I usually sprinkle them on top of my breakfast smoothie. Anyway, all of these stores want to sell their store brand, which is their perogative, but it is often not as good and just as costly as a brand name, sometimes selling less for more money. And it is simply annoying to reliably purchase a product and then the store stops carrying it. I was in a hurry, so picked up two bags of this and the chips are good BUT they are high in sugar. I did not see unsweetened chips anywhere in store but it looks like they actually do sell them--online. If you are trying to reduce or avoid sugar, avoid these. Also, they are really crunchy, so be careful with consumption. The plain toasted, lightly salted chips are just as good.

I do not usually care for coconut, but these are amazing! Crunchy and nutty, not slimy and shredded. I have also made my own trail mix with these, based on the ideas on the back of the package. You need to try these, even if coconut is not your thing!
