Q: How do you clean the water tank? It looks like only the screw cap comes off so the hole is pretty narrow making it difficult to clean. Is there another way to take apart the water tank so I can clean it properly?

    Will not buy again

    Bought this product in November and it quit working in December. I turn it on. I red flashing light comes on and it turns itself off.

    Lost part

    Great Portable Humidifier

    Just saw this in one of things my daughter brought home from her father’s stuff. At first I didn’t know what it was, so I researched online and found this website. So far I liked it and it is very light (compared to my other big and heavy humidifier) and easy to put water and transport it anywhere around the house.

    Not a good product PureSpa XL

    The water container of this humidifier cannot be cleaned. It got really disgusting mold or something on the inside and you can’t open it to give it a good cleaning. Soaking the inside in Vinegar did not work. I would not buy this product again.

    Great product, but I need some suggestions.

    I’ve had this product a year and I love it. I use it every day, and it’s wonderful to be able to choose different scents for different moods. Since I use it so much it does get dirty on the inside so I just use a soft sponge and dawn soap. However I feel like the scent of the essential oils isn’t as strong as when I bought it. Are there any suggestions for deep cleaning the insides? Like running it with some kind of cleaning solution? Thanks.

    Works well and very relaxing

    Meh

    One star because it is NOT easy to clean. Very hard to get the water out when you're done with it. We really wanted to love the slim design but it's basically money down the drain because of the lack of cleaning. Save your money and buy something easier to maintain!

    Humidifiers

    I love the humidifiers, however, the small green washer wears out, and I have been unable to replace them. I own three other humidifiers and can no longer use them without replacing the green washers. I cannot find the receipts for them. Can you help?

    Great quality

    I’ve had this humidifier for over two months and was planning to just keep it as a temporary fix until I got a new larger one. I didn’t end up needing to replace, it runs all day from one fill and is completely silent. I love it and highly recommend.

    Silent perfection - power house diffuser

    I have bought many diffusers and all end up in the trash. The purespa is perfect, it has a large water capacity, the steam on high or medium speed is perfect and it covers a wide square footage.

    Compact and awesome humidifier

    I loved the 3 in 1 diffuser for how quietly it performs and the light setting is perfect to ensure you can see enough but not too bright. It is also a nice size which fits nicely under my night stand. Overall very satisfied with the product. Thank you!

    Nice product

    I bought the PureSpa XL-3-In-1 Humidifier and the MistAire Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier a few months ago. Both of these are great, well built products. The ability to adjust the mist output and the color setting is a nice touch. I was surprised about the size of the PureSpa humidifier, but I failed to look at the dimensions before I bought. Great products!

    I had a small Pure Spa and received a larger one as a birthday gift. I LOVE THIS THING!! It has a large water reservoir, puts out large mist stream, and runs all day without refilling. Also, after looking online, I will definitely be ordering more products❤️

    Great features and easy use

    I got this item as a present. The overall design is aesthetically beautiful. It’s space saving compared to other humidifiers. The only down side is cleaning. If you don’t want it to build up gunk you must rinse each time with vinegar solution and let it completely air dry.

    My favorite humidifier and diffuser!

    I own several other humidifiers and diffusers and this one is by far my favorite. I love that it provides moisture and aromatherapy at the same time and it is easy to use. I sleep the best with it running all night on my nightstand!
