Q: Power specifications say 240VAC. Most small household applicances in the US are 120VAC with a NEMA 5-15P. Is 240VAC correct? What plug is on this humidifier?

Cute, but doesn't work for me
Received this as a gift over a year ago. Was very excited to use it, but haven't had the need before. Now my baby is sick & we took it out of the (unopened) box & set it up. Unfortunately it's not working properly. There's no "mist" coming out & it's leaking a little on my carpet. I stupidly threw out the manual & box, but upon watching some videos, I've set it up properly.

Failed After 3 Uses
We received this as a gift for our baby shower about 2 years ago. My baby has only been sick twice in his 18 month life, so I have not used it since he was an infant. He caught a cold this week, so I turned the humidifier on 2 days ago and it worked perfectly. However, when I went to turn it on it last night, for the 3rd use ever, it didn’t do anything. I can no longer return this because it was gifted some time ago. I’m disappointed, because it’s essentially brand new and now I am unequipped with a humidifier for my baby’s congestion and cough.

Humidifier worked good for about a year then quit atomizing; it still worked as a night light though. I contacted customer service and they quickly helped to process a new replacement unit. Great customer service!

I think this is a good humidifier for baby’s room. It doesn’t look like a humidifier either and can be a nightlight (which I haven’t used that feature). I also like that there aren’t any extra features and it is simple to use.

Easy and effective!
This humidifier is easy to assemble and clean. I love the light options, simplicity and seems to put out enough mist for one large bedroom, which is what we needed! No difficult crevices for cleaning either, like our other humidifiers.
