The bracket on the bottom left drawer was detached and not holding the drawer in place. And there was damage to the bottom of the chest of drawers from a forklift as well as the bottom board seem to have lifted as a result. The quality of the furniture is good. It is a problem with the delivery company.

My item was left in the rain. I saw a dent in the box and didn't think anything of it. Upon opening it I realise it was chipped. I even had to hire 2 persons to help my husband to bring it upstairs. After I called customer service and brought it to their attention the representive asking me if I can bring it back to store. This weigh 200 pounds. Then offer a pick up and I get a refund. but after all that work to get someone to take it upstairs I was like I can't be bothered. I even told her I would have accepted a partial refund. But since they probably thought I was lying their is my proof.

I love my furniture, but the fabric on my headboard had a small tear when we unpacked it to put it together.

This is absolutely gorgeous, the quality the color and the deep drawers made it perfect.

My favorite piece of the set. This tall dresser has the best drawer space and it’s beautiful to look at. The three top drawers have a felt liner and the bottom four drawers are deep and hold a lot. I love this piece and get compliments on it all the time.
