Materia is not the best they pilled up so quickly and it's super hard to remove. He also gets lots of lint in between fingers despite of so many washes... You get what you paid for. I do not recommend at all.

Questionable Quality
Things I liked: Accurate sizing. Good fit. Socks do not slip off, with or without shoes on. THERE ARE MULTIPLE PAIRS OF THE SAME COLOR!! Reasonably priced. ....unfortunately the seam of one sock started unraveling at the toe on the first wear. Hopefully this is a one-off. I really expected better from Hanes.

Random inconsistent sizing, pills horribly!
These are not like the prior ones, these pilled HORRIBLY after initial wash (prior to wearing) & then even worse after wearing once. Also, socks are all inconsistent sizes, some are true to size & some a full sock size smaller. So weird. My 8r old couldn’t even get some of them on but all said same size on bottom - so seriously what the heck is with quality control on these prior good quality & fairly expensive socks???

Not as thick as they seem.
I wear kids socks bc they usually fit better than women’s. These felt nice and thick so I thought I’d try them but they are awful. They slip around so the top is on the bottom and the thickness once on stretches out and leaves you with a thin sock that’s worthless. I wear a 6 wide on women’s nothing huge so there’s no reason to hear socks should do this.

My review is for the size — the Medium is too small. If your son wears a 2.5 shoe, I would suggest getting the Large. I understand that they will stretch, but I was surprised that when I received the socks, the length is more the size of a 5T. My preschool-aged daughter could use them.
