ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
This mattress is super uncomfortable. I’ve never dealt with back problems until I bought this mattress! I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but Ive had it for less than a year and I absolutely hate it. Definitely doesn’t live up to the description. I bought a queen size and my queen size sheets fit too big so it’s not even measured to a queen size.

Not plush at all
I wish I had better things to say, but I want people to make an informed purchase. The title/description of this mattress is misleading. From what I had read online, 'plush' was supposed to indicate one of the softest options. I'd consider this mattress to be at least medium firmness. Not a great choice for side sleepers or people with a history of shoulder pain. I accidentally got an oil-based moisturizer on the cover and couldn't wash it out, so I didn't try to return it (mattress returns are also a huge pain in general and I already went through that with another company). I've owned this mattress for nine months and even my movers were surprised by how firm it is. I don't think it lives up to the claims of cooling. If this is a cooling type mattress, I don't even want to know how hot I'd be with a non-cooling mattress. I'm perpetually cold but still manage to get sweaty on the side that's touching this mattress in warmer months

However, if it is too firm to sleep on now, you can speed up this process by placing your mattress on the floor and walking on it with bare or socked feet repeatedly. This will help soften the memory foam. If, after trying this, you are still having issues please provide a copy of your purchase receipt and photos showing what you are experiencing. DO NOT PICK A DIFFERENT ONE
I have chronic Lyme disease and because of it, I am always stiff, even when I am relaxed I am clenching my muscles in my face subconsciously. My first night on this bed was like a sleep I had let had since my freshman year of college, sleeping on a cloud wherever I passed out. Loved this. Wow. Get it!

Great mattress!
I love my mattress. It took maybe 48 hours to fully inflate. The smell I have gotten used to. It was heavy to move by myself. I like the cooling feature.

Waste of Money
This mattress has broken down way too quickly. At first it was just fine but after sleeping on it for about 4 months (conveniently outside of the return period) it now sinks way too fast and is giving me back pain at the ripe age of 22. Spring for a better one, I wish I would have.

Do not buy uncomfortable mattress
Worst mattress ever do not buy. This mattress is uncomfortable you can’t even sit on the corner of the mattress it sinks and makes you fall. I’ve never felt comfortable sleeping on it since I bought it march 2022 and I contacted lucid and they told me “they do not guarantee comfort” and it’s to late to return it to target. DO NOT BUY!!!! It sinks so bad while you sleep

so bad. ive had this mattress a while DO NOT BUY
i honestly cannot wait until tax time comes because this mattress was the worst decision ever. back when I bought it there were only a few reviews and I truly believe they were paid/fake reviews from the manufacturer. (if not? send me a SOFT mattress to prove you make one worth sleeping on and I'll be happy to leave a good review) i got it for cheap on sale when I was moving. i paid less than the listed price thank goodness. anyway it's soooo rock hard I weigh about 180 pounds and I barely sink into the "memory foam." for a while I started sleeping on my couch because it's so bad. only slightly more comfortable than the floor. I'm not sure if a topper would help. tax time next year I really hope to get something even if I have to downgrade back to a queen size. this bed doesn't feel good and my quality of sleep has greatly suffered. I'm considering buying a Japanese roll out futon until I can afford an actual mattress so I can get off of this thing. NOT SOFT NOT PLUSH NOT COMFY just want to stress that. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY FIRM, ONLY SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN FLOOR. WASTE OF MONEY. I don't know how else to say it but please do not waste $$$ if you like any kind of comfort. I needed an affordable option and there has been nothing but regret on my end in regard to this mattress

Mislabeled
I ordered a full size mattress, the box also says “FULL” but after expanding this is clearly a queen sized mattress. Bed frame shown is a full. This is a huge inconvenience as now I have to wait another week for a correct replacement for my sons bed.

Great, firm mattress
The mattress was delivered on time, in a manageable size box. The box was slightly damaged but the product inside was fine. The mattress itself was easy to set up. Only took about 8 hours to fully rise. Although I left it for 48 hours before getting on it. I’m happy with the look and quality. It’s very firm but works perfectly for what I needed. If you prefer a plush mattress that feels like pillows this isn’t for you.
