  • A: I’m so sorry your inflatable is experiencing issues. It’s very common to notice some deflation in your inflatable, so let's try and find out why this might be happening. If the following steps do not work, we would be more than willing to send you a replacement for your item. Inflatables typically deflate for 3 main reasons: 1) The material is stretching. Stretching is a natural characteristic of the inflatable's material. When stretching happens, the amount of air inside the inflatable stays the same despite the material stretching out. To fix this, simply add more air to your inflatable. 2) The valve isn’t secure. For inflatables with built-in pumps, the control dial must be turned clockwise to ensure secure closure. If the dial is turned counterclockwise, air will gradually start to exit through the air passage. If the item does not have a built-in pump, make sure the valve is tightly positioned. 3) The inflatable may have a leak. You can use a mix of liquid soap and water in a squirt bottle and spray on seams. If there is a leak it will bubble. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work; they do not have the "bubbling" effect). After you find the leak, clean and dry the leaking area, remove the flocking with fine sandpaper or an emery board, then apply the repair patch that comes with your inflatable.

Q: Is the water height whatever we fill it to? E.g. another pool of yours on here, the one with the bench is 27in deep but the water height is only 12 inches. Is this pool like that?

Deflate-Gate

Deflates mid-use. Perfect size and depth but the insane frustration of the deflating constantly is enough to make it a 3 star then the tiny drain hole at the bottom which does nothing to release water is also annoying. it feels worth it for the 15 mins my kids are entertained in it but the other 23 hours and 45 mins a day - not so much. Many people say their pool bottom layer deflates but ours is the top. Thinking it’s deflating around the valve…

Smaller than advertised

Got the pool today and inflated it. The pool size does not match the dimensions on the box. The pool is actually 96x62x16. No way adding water would make it 6 -7 inches wider and 5-6 inches deeper. Disappointed the size is smaller than advertised.

Not as described. The pool you’ll receive is BLUE -NOT tangerine. I ordered the pool 3 different times in hopes that one would be orange and all 3 times I was shipped a blue pool. Super disappointed because the orange would’ve matched my daughter’s first birthday color scheme perfectly

Cheap Pool

One side of the pool continually collapsed from the moment we put water in it. At first I thought I didn't put enough air in it. I took all the water out and and filled it again. Same thing!! I also believe that the box was already opened because the sides were sealed with tape instead of glued shut. Not only do I not trust the pool, but I have my doubts about the vendor.

Nice little pool!

This is a great pool, we’ve used it twice now. The only complaint is that it is tough to get the air plug closed the whole way. If you don’t it pops off very easily. My 5 year old daughter and her two friends played together in it comfortably. Great size.

not as good as it used to be

I've bought a few of these over the years since they are big and seem to hold up well. The most recent one I got, the material is not nearly as durable. It also doesn't hold air as long. Poor thing looks sad with all three layers always all wrinkled in the morning.
